Premier Inn London Stratford hotel

I was really happy with my stay here. I was in London for work and had previously stayed at the Gantry and Hyatt but both were over budget at the time I needed. I chanced this place instead and wish I’d stayed here for my previous visits. The hotel was really quiet, lovely views from my room and the restaurant, I liked the breakfast a lot too. The lifts don’t need your keycard which is handy as that feature gets annoying after a while. Really superb visit. If I need to stay in London in this area again I would choose this Premier Inn hands down. Best part of the hotel stay was the solid pillows, hate the fancy down ones some places have as they’re too puffy with no substance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This was amazing! I had to come out to this area for a graduation, and so I was staying a few days. I requested an iron and they were so helpful! I had an amazing room. I loved the 10th floor view, loved the fridge which was very convient, loved the closet with the light which helped in the morning with getting ready as did the dimmer light in the bathroom that wasn't super bright. Additionally, the mirror with the light was great for makeup and hair. I adored the art piece in the room, it was very pleasing to look at. And, the amber and oud soap and the smell of the towels (they were clearly very clean and I couldn't place it but it had a spice/woody smell to it) made my showers fantastic. It was very clear to me that the room was actually very well maintained and there were a lot of very helpful things in the room for both my stay, and helping me get ready for my graduation very early in the morning. It is also very well placed attached to Westfield so you just walk like a minute and you are in the shopping centre which makes all shopping and eating very easy! I know from past Premier Inn's their food is very good too, but I used Westfield for a lot of my food needs since I wanted a new experience (wanted to eat foods I have missed) and it is right there! Overall, this is a fabulous location! And the underground/trains are very close too, just walk through the mall and you get there within a few minutes.

Reserved for business travel, and the Plus room is definitely worth it: spacious, quiet, and well equipped for both rest and work. Overall amenities are good, though I would have appreciated a shoe shine and some basic extra toiletries in the bathroom. Staff are very polite, welcoming, and helpful. If you want your room cleaned, you need to request it at reception, which is fine, but since Plus rooms are on the 9th and 10th floors, a more flexible system would help. I usually don’t request full cleaning, yet a simple coffee/tea refresh and trash removal would be welcome. Perhaps a door-handle sign system could improve this? The bar area is excellent, but the breakfast buffet was disappointing: no fresh vegetables or greens, and some cups were not properly clean. The location is outstanding: Westfield Stratford City is right next door, the DLR and Stratford International are across the street, and other Underground lines are just a short walk through the mall. Excellent connectivity overall.

Stayed at this Premier Inn recently and have mixed feelings. Positively it's in an ideal location for Westfield Shopping Centre and Stratford train stations. Able to use the storage lockers which is also ideal at this Premier Inn. Prior to arriving, they encouraged to use the check in machines only for them not to work so had to wait in a queue to check in at reception. Staff need to be more welcoming and more people friendly. Room was nice and clean with no faults. Had an evening meal which was really nice and served quickly. Breakfast was alright but had better. Thought it was a bit on the steep side for one night price wise but then again it was a saturday night. Defiently will stay again.

I had such an amazing stay it was a beautiful hotel and so close to West Ham. Lovely and clean and stunning atmosphere in the bar area. Breakfast was amazing and it was so nice to be warmly welcomed by Viktor really made my morning special. Big shout out to him and his awesome customer service skills.

Premier Inn – Stratford/London: I was impressed by the simplicity of the booking system (both online/phone – THANK YOU Omar Mahmoud), which included the option to ‘skip’ reception on arrival. My room was spacious, spotless, fresh-smelling, neat and warm. The bathtub was deep, large TV (with pristine remote), excellent WI-FI, crisp bed linen/bath towels and a bed I slumbered peacefully upon. The Continental Breakfast was more than adequate and provided a wide variety of fresh products, all in good supply. The dining room-cum-lounge-cum-bar were combined in a large space, offering natural light (floor to ceiling, wall to wall). It was well-organised, clean and efficiently run by the 3-4 staff members I saw on duty. Other guests were pleasant and friendly (well, it was Christmas Eve) but I also think the environment and atmosphere promoted a feeling of ‘bonhomie’. Will definitely be returning...

We stayed as a group for a company event and struggled with the self check-in, Patrick stepped in and checked us all. He was friendly, professional and helpful throughout — from the bar to checkout and storing our bags. The rooms are adequate, the location is excellent and great value for money — but Patrick’s service was the cherry on top!
